Managing director
Paul Edwards
Paul is responsible the day to day running of the company. A founding Director, Paul's passion for the Internet has led to him becoming one of Europe's leading Hospitality E Commerce consultants.
Educated at St Andrews University, Paul's strengths are in the field of Search Engine Optimisation and Internet technology development. He recently spearheaded a new network content management system that will be reponsible for consolidating Cali Net's rapid growth over the last twelve months.

Robert Gilmour
 Responsible for promoting and driving business to your web site. Robert has over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, having owned both hotels and a hospitality consultancy. His move towards the Internet has been fueled by demand, and this shift has been very successful.
Development & Deployment
Ali Penman
 Head of Design and Development and leads the creative design team. Ali is responsible for maintaining the high quality of our development work. Ali also liases with our customers to ensure that their solutions are tailor made to their needs, this also includes helping with E-commerce strategy development. He is also very much involved in the day to day running of the company.
Ignacio Vázquez
 Network operations manager, responsible for managing, creating and updating our technology environment for connection to the core Internet backbone. He's been working with us since 1992, and he has the know-how to deal with all kinds of information technology problems.
Expert developer and solution implementator, Ignacio has taken part in many security and programming-related projects for banks, insurance companies, and government agencies. His knowledge has also been used by many renowned Universities.
Web Design & Interactive Flash design
Jamie Farrant
 Lead creative web designer who is responsible for design and maintenance, and helps to create brand identity for Calinet sites. He has a real eye for art, and has expert experience in all key Internet design related software. Jamie attended the Waikato Institute of Technology where he gained a bachelor of Media Arts Degree majoring in Graphic Design.
Patrick Johnson
 Web designer responsible for design and maintenance, who helps to create brand identity for Calinet sites. Patrick attended the Christchurch National College of Design & Technology where he gained two Computer Graphic Design and Multimedia Diplomas. He has over six years web industry experience in commercially effective design and search engine optimisation.

Paul Christie
 Paul's role has fully developed over the past year. His key role within the company is to produce the infrastruture of our award winning sites, by creating all the pages, getting the content organised and copied in. A key task is also to maintain the current stock of sites by editing them when our clients need changes. Paul is a keen gamer and enjoys nothing better than blasting enemies on his PC.
